Rios is known for her commanding presence and attention-grabbing presentation skills, which she has been developing since earning her B.S. in Broadcast Journalism from Loyola University in New Orleans. These skills led her to work as apolitical and business TV reporter for Televicentro (Channel 4) in Puerto Rico.
In order to stay current with the latest public speaking, advertising, public relations and media relations techniques, Frances actively participates in seminars in the U.S., and is one of the only two representatives of the “National Speakers Association” in Puerto Rico. She is also an active member of numerous prestigious organizations, such as: The Puerto Rico Chapters of the Associated General Contractors of America and the Home Builders Association.
